Attendant Care

Primarily involves Hands On Assistance for aging adults & persons with disabilities. These services are provided to allow aging adults or persons with disabilities to remain in their home & to carry out functions of daily living, self-care & mobility. 

Home & Community Assistance Services

A trained staff member can assist with performing household services, including but not limited to:
*Meal planning, prep & cleaning *Feeding *Laundry *Light Housekeeping *Changing bed linens *Shopping & errands for the client

Structured Family Caregiver (SFC)

Provides support resources for family members who serve as the primary caregiver for a loved one at home. This program allows family caregivers to be trained, supported, and compensated for the care they provide, helping ensure the client can safely remain in their own home while receiving the attention and familiarity of someone they trust.

Day Habilitation Services

Offers engaging, community-based programs that help individuals develop, maintain, and improve daily living skills. Day Habilitation provides structured activities, social interaction, and skill-building opportunities in a safe, supportive environment, helping participants increase independence, build confidence, and connect with others.

Participant Assistant Care (PAC)

Designed to help individuals with disabilities actively participate in daily life, PAC services provide one-on-one support for self-care, household tasks, and community activities. This can include assistance with personal hygiene, meal preparation, mobility, and skill development, empowering each person to achieve their personal goals while staying safe and comfortable.

Respite Care

Offers temporary relief for primary caregivers by providing short-term, professional care for a loved one. Respite services can be provided at home or in the community, giving family members the opportunity to rest, attend to personal needs, or simply recharge, knowing their loved one is in capable, compassionate hands.

Residential Habilitation & Support (RHS)

Provides support for individuals living in their own home or a shared residence. RHS services include personal care, skill development, household assistance, and supervision to ensure safety and promote independence.

Services may include:

  • Personal hygiene and daily living support

  • Meal preparation and household tasks

  • Skill development for independent living

  • Continuous supervision for safety and security
